Monkey Rock is a Global venture, however we decided to Make Sturgis, SD our home base.  Home of the biggest bike rally in the world.

Absolutely, Monkey Rock started in Sturgis, but that is only the beginning for us.  Not only do we plan on expanding our base in Sturgis but we are currently working on setting up the ultimate entertainment experience in Daytona Beach, FL

That is a long story but to cut to the chase it was the brainchild of John Dent, our patriarch and founder.  After traveling around the world too many times too count he decided that there was a definite lack in special event entertainment, so he decided to create his own.  Monkey Rock was born out of a need and necessity as there was a clear gap in the market for his model of entertainment.  Our success at Sturgis 2009 proves just that.

Absolutely, our rise and growth have been extraordinary. We could not believe the support we received at our first launch in Sturgis. It was a result of this support that the idea came about to make Monkey Rock a household name.  With the support of some extremely savvy people we will be bringing Monkey Rock to the market and this will allow us to branch out even farther.

Actually one of our illustrious team members designed our new site from the ground up, despite being an advertising and marketing guru he decided that he could give us the look we needed.  We must agree and hope you do too.

We update our online content regularly, as soon as we have anything to report we immediately pass the information on to you.  Not only do we use our website as a tool to pass along information but we are also actively involved in Facebook, Myspace and Twitter so no matter where you are you can stay informed.

Absolutely not, Monkey Rock will never share or sell any information that is submitted to us through our website.  All information is securely kept under lock and key and is only used internally by us. Any correspondence you might receive is strictly from us.  We value our privacy and in turn do the same to yours.

We have designed the site to look its best in all major browsers, however each browser works a little differently. If you are having issues viewing the site in Internet Explorer we suggest that you make sure that you have the latest and most secure version installed. Admission to the Rock is free, in the future we might hold charity concerts where you would have to make a charitable donation to enter but otherwise we offer free entry to anyone over 21.

We do offer showers at our Sturgis location, whether we will offer this feature at different venues will be dependent on the location.

Absolutely, yes.  We pride ourselves in providing our customers the best and cleanest restroom facilities.

Sorry but that is a big no, you may not bring any outside food or beverage into any Monkey Rock event.  Don't worry though, we always have plenty on hand to keep you happy.

Yes we do, we try to offer the best food choices for our customers.

Bands uniformly prohibit cameras. Non-professional cameras generally are allowed anyway. We don’t care but the bands do and they require us to enforce the restriction. We actually encourage the snapshooter, but please no professional equipment unless previously organized through our media department.
