Monkey Rock Vendor Rates

Space is sold by the square foot with a pre-designed footprint and on an ‘as-is available’ basis. Monkey Rock reserves the right to deny space for any reasons due to lack of availability, logistics, design chemistry and plain ol’ common sense (i.e. you wouldn’t put the ovens next to the refrigerated goods)…

Monkey Rock Vendor Terms and Payment

In order that you can be assured of your desired space, a minimum deposit of 50% of your gross space fee (square foot allotment x scheduled book rate) must be received by any means (electronic funds transfer, check, cash, credit/debit card, carrier pigeon, etc.) by Monkey Rock by the deadline date identified in the Vendor Rates schedule, complete with Vendor Contract (email, fax, US Postal Service) signed by an officer/legal representative of your company. We will confirm receipt of funds and signed Vendor Contract within 24 hours via your chosen delivery method either by fax, email or US Postal Service.

The balance of your Vendor fees must be received no later than July 1, 2010 (Gross contract rate minus initial deposit), or we reserve the right to retain 100% of your deposit and sell your space. If you’re just ‘a day late, or a few dollars short,’ call us and we’ll work it out with you. Understand that space is limited and we’ll need to try to recover our losses for the space we’ve reserved for you.

Utilities

Monkey Rock provides 100% of all utilities and all are inclusive of your rent. We have electricity and water distributed throughout the entirety of our site and access to both is convenient no matter your location. Standard electrical provision is 20A/110V feed. A $75 fee will be charged to vendors requiring 40A/50A 220V feeds.

Vendors are responsible for their own electrical extension cords, water hoses and any and all other materials, supplies, etc. required to facilitate their vending operations at Monkey Rock, but know that we’ll do everything we can to assist you in your vending endeavor at our home. We stock basic supplies necessary for many vending functions and will assist with lending/loaning supplies where we are able. Rest assured, however, that if you don’t have it – we’ll do our best to get it. We have dedicated staff to ensure that you’ll be up and running and ready to sell by the start of the Rally.

We also have sewage services available for a fee. The pumping fee is $X and is available daily between the hours of 5:00AM and 7:30AM.

Monkey Rock Vendor Booking Policies

All Vendor space is sold via human interface, meaning space can only be confirmed in person. We have an online Vendor Application that can be utilized, but will not guarantee desired space until we respond in person. We will respond to ALL applications within 24 hours of submission.
