How does a party/event work at Monkey Rock?

At Monkey Rock, the party/event experience is carefully orchestrated for maximum enjoyment! Upon arrival, guests will be directed to their designated party area where they can celebrate for the duration of their event. Once the party time is over, guests will be guided to explore and enjoy our various attractions and venues, ensuring a smooth transition for the next group of revelers. We prioritize guest safety and aim to maintain uninterrupted celebrations for all attendees. If there are no parties scheduled immediately after theirs, guests are free to continue enjoying themselves without interruption. This thoughtful approach ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!

How long is a birthday party at Monkey Rock?

Party Rooms are reserved for a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes. If there isn't another party scheduled immediately after yours, you're welcome to continue enjoying your time uninterrupted! For Bowling Parties, the lane rental lasts for 1 hour. If you'd like to extend your bowling time, additional hours are available for purchase. Similarly, Monkey Bay experiences also last for 1 hour and 45 minutes, aligning with the duration of our Party Rooms.

When do the party/event guests need to arrive?

Guests should plan on arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the party booking time.

What is the security deposit for each party?

We require a $50 deposit for all parties and events. For larger gatherings with over 100 guests, a $100 deposit is required.

What is the cancellation policy?

Though the deposit is non-refundable, you can transfer it to another date as long as there is a 72-hour notice.

How big are the Party Rooms, and how many guests can I invite?

The large room is roughly 400 square feet and has 5 tables with 8 chairs each. Party rooms 3 and 4 are roughly 200 square feet and have 2 tables per room.

Can I bring my own food and drinks? How about my own birthday cake?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We kindly request that all food be ordered from our establishment. However, we do make an exception for cakes and other celebratory desserts.

Who will be helping me with the party?

A dedicated Party Coordinator will be available to assist you with filling out forms, setting up, and addressing any inquiries related to your event. Additionally, a designated party host will be assigned to each party to ensure that your celebration runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.
